1. Time saving and easier operation

The old screwed clamp is tightened by continuously turning the handle until the head pad reaches the work piece. However, with the quick clamping system, a user just needs to push the handle towards the work piece then turn 2-3 revolutions to tighten the clamp. It is much easier to operate and takes 2-3 seconds to complete the clamping process. Finally, the user only needs to turn half revolution of the handle, then pulling out to release the work piece, the whole release process will complete within 1 second.


2. Increasing the clamping pressure

The clamping pressure is increased by 50% because of the increase thread diameter and decrease pitch.


3. Safe and durable

The metal materials and innovative stable structure avoid stress concentration, because clamping pressure is limited by the diameter of the handle, thus it will not exceed the strength of the cam rod. The new system is safer and more durable.

2. Before use

Check the thread collar's position, if not neutral, please adjust the handle to make sure it can be turned both side.
Check the cam rod's position, if the handle can not move freely, turning anti-clockwise and try again.


3. Clamping

Fully open the clamp (vice) then put the work piece in position, make sure it is against the flat end of the frame (fixed jaw of vice).Push the handle until the pad (movable jaw) touches the other side of the work piece.

Turn the handle clockwise until the clamping pressure is formed (usually 2-3 revolutions). Due to the system's position memory function, with repeat work or when holding objects of the same dimension, only 2 revolutions are required to clamp.


Warning: Do not over turn the handle after the clamping pressure formed


4. Releasing

Turn the handle anti-clockwise to release the clamping pressure - usually a half revolution and then pull the handle to open the clamp again.
